I am currently seeking a full time position as a sous chef or line cook. I am interested in a career with a company, I am not looking for a job. Currently Employed here - Line Cook / Sous Chef
I am currently employed with Azul bar y cantina, where I have become an expert on Mexican cuisine. During my employment here we have lost our executive chef and our sous chef , and with my knowledge of the kitchen I stepped in and took charge. I filled in as a sous chef for the last 6 months and was in charge of training all new personal, including our new sous chefs and executive chefs. During my time here I have gained experience in all areas of running a kitchen, from the cooking down to the cleaning. I am very proud of my hard work and the fact that I was able to take charge and ensure that we did not miss a beat. I am simply looking for a more of a challenge now.
